There are days when you go through the motions, and nothing feels RIGHT.
You might go from one thing to another, but that spark isn’t there, and so you wonder – just what is it that makes me feel this way?
It may be that our troubles and worries they build up, and those frustrations do boil over…
And you don’t even know why, because it’s not any one thing, but this one great big lump of hurt.
It’s easy to get caught up in that, and beat yourself up about all those things you could have done (maybe) and now it’s guilt that is dragging you down…
It calls for a reset – a quick, but firm reset to get yourself to a place where you’re going to feel better.
