This may not be your best day, and that’s ok.
I find it often builds up for a little while – a rude conversation, some silly email, or what you saw on the news…
And then there is this one thing, one thing that tips you over!!
NOW you’re upset, and it’s all so annoying, and you wasted all this time and the energy you put into it…
Maybe it’s just me, but sometimes the worst thing you can do is to not stop, and keep going.
Because it just gets you more worked up, and exhausted, and by the end of it, you just feel like giving up…
