Isn’t it tough to change your ways even when you know that you must get it done and there is absolutely no way around it? Even when your health, your sanity, your way of life is under threat, and you go hard at losing weight, cutting down the drink, getting your finance in order or sorting out the mess at work or with the people around you. I should know, I’ve tried it all! But good habits never stuck, until I ran into cancer. I realised that forcing yourself to change is a losing game and there is an easier way to kick a bad habit.
