Do you sometimes find yourself fixing other people’s problems, wishing there was a simpler way to live life, where you don’t have to worry about what other people think, or want you to do, or what the future might hold?
And you can’t even find time to stop and think – what is it that I even want, and where am I going?
So how do you cut through the worry and circumstance to bring order and restore a bit of calm into your life?
Especially when there are things beyond your control, those times when things are not up to you…
I feel that when you know where the boundaries, when you can set those struggles aside to a place where they are not running your life, that is when you get a clear view at the world, and your place in it.
This is when you get to live in this moment, today,
It’s not that you become carefree, but careful about where you put your time, energy and attention.
But that’s a skill, don’t you think?
Because nobody tells you how to do it, so we are left to figure it out on our own.
Being present and in this moment is something I honestly aspire to daily!
It isn’t always easy when things don’t go to plan (do they ever?!), but I do try, and when I’m in the moment, I feel alive, connected, and everything flows.
Here is how I put it into practice – and if I can do it, you can too:
