It may be because we know life to be fragile.
It may be the memory of all that was lost, or the murky outcrops of the future that lies in wait…
For all that you know and imagine, you cannot close yourself off from worry.
It starts out as a what if, a distant noise that grows louder, and you can’t help but wonder what it might mean…
So if you can’t shut it out, then how do you stop worry from taking over your life?
